Member’s Appreciation and General Meeting

SCNA Participating Members: Meeting and Lunch are FREE

Non-members: $20, First-Time Guests $15

For lunch SCNA will provide the main dish of Garlic Chicken and Tri-Tip, and members are asked to bring appetizers, side dishes and desserts. As a non-profit corporation, we are required each year to hold a general members meeting where we open our financial books and other club documents for your inspection and discussion. After reports from some of the current officers and board members, we will then field any questions, comments, and suggestions from the members present. We will then announce the results of our election by mail and the newly elected seven-person board of directors for a one-year term. This is also National Skinny Dip Day, so after the meeting we encourage everyone to get into the pool for a picture! Don’t forget to wear your name badge!

This is a tentative schedule for the afternoon:

3 pm – After the Skinny Dip Day photo, relax in the pool or jacuzzi and enjoy the rest of the afternoon!
